Cyclical Living and Chinese Medicine

Five Seasons Retreats has been a long-time dream of mine, my main focus is to facilitate safe, fun, nurturing therapeutic spaces to connect in nature with our healing inner abilities through Chinese medicine wisdom, seasonal living workshops, human connection, energy medicine, mindfulness, etc.
My inspired mission is to make Chinese medicine achievable and accessible and to assist people to access their innate capacity for healing and self-regulation.
The focus within Chinese Medicine is to achieve inner balance by bringing the Yin Yang polarities into synchronisation, by understanding the nature of each
season and its element, we begin to explore and understand a different way to live in harmony and consequently finding balance and health.

In my private practice I help people to identify their unique patterns of disharmony and how these disharmonies are causing them to lose power. I
coach my clients on how to build new patterns, implement positive change and set up self-care strategies that help them to regain confidence and resilience.
Now with Five seasons Retreats I am committed to increasing awareness of this ancient wisdom and encouraging people to master their own health by living
according to the principle of the five elements.






Embodiment, Yoga & Astrology

I was born and raised in Dublin, and have been living in Brighton for the past 11 years. I speak fluent Irish, and come from a family of artists, actors and film makers.
I hated school with a rebellious passion but have found myself obsessed with learning since leaving University, where I received a BA(Hons) in Songwriting. I am trained in many forms of Yoga, including Yin, Tantra and Facial Yoga, as well as Pilates, Nutrition, Reiki Seichem & Integrative Sound Healing. I have a keen interest in and continue to study symbolism, the subconscious, archetypal psychology, mysticism and astrology.
I love to help others to feel better in their body's and within themselves through education and embodiment practices. My goal is to arm my clients with the tools they need to walk through life with more confidence and ease.
I bring a somatic, trauma informed approach to my classes. My approach is gentle but potent, I have a way of making you optimise what your body can do! I believe in balanced discipline, cultivating an understanding and deep awareness of your body, mind and energy, so you can move more functionally through your class and through your day.
I practice and teach traditional and science backed forms of cyclical living as a way of moving more sustainably through the world. When we are in tune with our internal energy, knowing how to harness and nurture it, our energy becomes more abundant and we naturally need to consume less.
Bathing Rituals and the Sauna

I've spent the last decade immersed in the sauna space, discovering various ways to enhance the thermal bathing experience, making it more enjoyable, cleansing, and transformative.
I believe that the bathing environment can serve multiple purposes, and my experience shows that group bathing rituals can be a uniquely relaxing, connecting, and enjoyable experience.
My goal is to create opportunities for individuals to connect with their bodies and nature within the sauna.
By incorporating the textures, scents sounds, and flavors of natural beauty products, I aim to leave both the mind and body feeling refreshed and renewed.
I draw on traditions from around globe, including aufguss (infusions), leaf whisking, and intention setting.
